For admission, you are required to provide information about your cat/s; read and agree to the Boarding Agreement (Admission Criteria, Boarding Requirements) and the Service Terms and Conditions.
Health Documents
Please submit the following at least 1 week before check-in:
- Medical records (including name, signalment, age, and any specific needs or concerns)
- Up-to-date vaccination certificate (covering the stay)
- Sterilisation certificate
- Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) & Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV) negative test results
- Medication instructions (if applicable)
- Feeding instructions (written)
- Care instructions
- Hand carrier for transport
Parasite Prevention
All cats must be protected against internal and external parasites throughout the boarding period.
Before check-in, we need to sight evidence, video or written memo from a veterinarian of the application of the parasite prevention. You may also bring or purchase a vial to be applied at check-in.
Accepted Spot-On Treatments: Advocate, Frontline, Frontline Plus, Revolution, Revolution Plus.
Feline Lukemia Virus (FeLV) Testing
Only cats with a negative FeLV test result can access the communal play and exercise areas. Cats testing positive will stay in private rooms.
Check-in Health and Behavioural Examination
At check-in, we will conduct a physical examination to ensure that your cat is physically healthy and is not showing signs of illness, infections, parasites etc.
We reserve the right to reject or deny admission wheN:
- Cat/s show signs of illness, infection, or parasites (e.g., flu, ringworm, fleas, mites)
- Cat/s display aggressive behaviour, which forbids careful and safe handling
- Non-fulfilment of the Admission Criteria/Requirements
- Non-submission of valid medical documents as proof of eligibility for boarding
- Non-fulfilment of AVS requirements for cat boarding
