Gail Low
Founder & General Manager
I’ve always been around animals — cats, dogs, hamsters. They’ve shaped so much of who I am. After working for many years in creative and marketing roles (including in the pet industry), I now focus on what I’m most passionate about: caring for cats in safe, enriching, and peaceful spaces.
At & CAT STUDIO, I oversee the team and daily operations, making sure everything runs smoothly and comfortably for every guest. I also bring my interest in wellness and training in Intercellular Communication to our work. As a Yoga and Core Barre teacher (and Pilates enthusiast), I promote wellbeing for both cats and their humans 🙂
At home, I share my life with two adopted cats, who influence everything we do at the studio.

Every detail of our care at & CAT STUDIO is designed with their safety, comfort, wellbeing, and happiness in mind.
At & CAT STUDIO, I focus on creating thoughtful, personalised care for every guest, building genuine connections with cats, their families, and our trusted partners. I oversee night operations, ensuring each cat feels safe, calm, and completely at ease.
At home, I share life with four adopted cats, whose quirks inspire curiosity, patience, and presence. They encouraged me to earn my Specialist Diplomas in Veterinary Wellness Care, and Veterinary Clinical Practice – refining skills that shape every enriching, wellness-focused experience we offer.

I grew up in a kampong surrounded by animals—one goose, a piglet, a duck, chickens, dogs, cats, budgies, and an aquarium of guppies. That environment shaped my deep love for animals.
Over the years, I cared for nine cats, each with their own distinct personality. One even loved vegetables, especially long beans.
Whilst I’ve experience managing people, I find it more endearing caring for cats. Cats are temperamental and expressive when you take the time to observe them
At &CAT STUDIO, I focus on delivering enriching experiences for each guest to feel at home.
