To create a safe and stress-free environment for all guests, we have clear admission requirements covering age, vaccinations, sterilisation, parasite prevention, and health documentation. Please review these carefully before booking your cat’s stay.
Cat AVS Licence
From 1 September 2026, we require submission of your cat’s Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS) licence registered with the Pet Animal Licensing System (PALS).
Age
We board kittens at least 10 weeks old, adult and senior cats. We do not board end-of-life, pregnant, kittening and nursing cats.
- Kitten: Up to 12 months old
- Young Adult: 1 to 6 years old
- Mature Adult: 7 to 10 years old
- Senior: 10 years and older

Vaccinations (14 Days Before Intended Stay)
In accordance with guidelines from AVS, all boarding cats must be vaccinated at least 14 days before the intended date of boarding.
The 4-in-1 vaccine is against:
- Feline Parvovirus/Panleukopenia (FPV)
- Feline Calicivirus (FCV)
- Feline Herpes virus/Rhinotracheitis (FHV)
Vaccination against Feline Chlamydiosis is strongly recommended.
Urgent Circumstances and Deviations
If your cat cannot meet the vaccination timeline, we may accept any urgent circumstances or deviation from the guideline based on directions of a veterinarian with the reasons for deviation properly documented and submitted to us.
If your cat is not eligible for vaccination, valid alternatives must include:
- Titer Antibody Blood Test (including results) with a veterinarian’s confirmation of boarding suitability
- Veterinarian letter confirming unsuitability for vaccination (due to illness, recovery from infection, viral or fungal infection (eg. ringworm)
Possible scenarios for your cat/s include:
- Unsuitability for vaccination or booster shot due to health/age-related reasons
- Recovery from illness, bacterial, viral or fungal infection (eg: ringworm)
- Recovery from parasite infestation (eg: fleas, ticks, mites)
- Skin allergy to topical spot-on preventives
For all cases, we may keep your cat in isolation in the room if they have not met the 14-day post-vaccination period, lack up-to-date or completed the course of vaccination, and/or is determined to have low immunity or health vulnerabilities.
We may also notify the AVS of these cases. Upon request by AVS, we will produce for checks all properly documented reasons for deviation and arrangements.
Kittens
Kittens must be:
- At least 10 weeks old of age to be boarded.
- Must have received at least two 4-in-1 vaccination.
For kittens, they are to have completed the required vaccination against feline panleukopenia, feline rhinotracheitis, and feline calicivirus for the duration of the boarding period. The full vaccination schedule is:
- 1st core vaccination: 6-8 weeks of age
- 2nd core vaccination: 9-12 weeks of age
- 3rd core vaccination: 12-16 weeks of age
Sterilisation
Your cat must be sterilised if he/she is 6 months old or displaying signs of sexual maturity.
For cats yet to be sterilised, a veterinarian must certify suitability for boarding.
